Freddy Fazbear Pizza, often abbreviated simply to “FFP” or “Freddy’s”, is the name of a fictional location where Five Nights at Freddy’s and Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 are set (technically, the two games are set in two different locations, but share the same name).

FNaF 1. Foxy has the same behavior as in the original game. He will start in the Pirate Cove and will move from Night 2. The player will be able to observe Foxy running down the hallway, and must close the door before being caught by Foxy, causing a Game Over.
FNaF 1. Chica, similar to the first game, will go to the player through the right door. If the player finds Chica walking down the hallway, and does not close the door, Chica will attack the player directly, causing a jumpscare.

In this article, I will try to shed some light on the macabre story behind this saga that revolutionized the horror genre in video games for you to enjoy it as if it were an urban legend. So, of course, this text will contain spoilers of the whole saga.
But let’s start at the beginning. In 2014 Scott Cawthon created Five Nights at Freddy’s, a point and click horror with a clear objective: to survive the possible attack of the animatronics during 5 nights in which we will work as a night guard of a pizzeria. The game is developed in first person and its gameplay is based on controlling elements of the environment such as access doors to our control room, lights and security cameras. All this while managing very well the energy we use in each system, because the higher the use, the higher the consumption, and if the energy runs out everything will stop working and we will be killed.
Five Nights at Freddy’s 1 is so to speak the “father” game that gives free rein to the rest of the saga. But the difficulty in understanding the story is the chronological order and how the video games are related to each other: the first would be the third, the fourth would be a prequel to all, the second would be placed between the fourth and the first and … better let me tell you.
Five nights at freddy’s exists in real life
This article contains a high amount of speculation and theories made by fans of the series that could be right or wrong. Don’t believe everything in the article unless Scott Cawthon confirms its contents.
Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza (translated as Freddy’s Pizzeria), often abbreviated as Freddy’s or FFP, is the name of the fictional chain of restaurants made by Fazbear Entertainment that appears throughout the Five Nights at Freddy’s series. It is a family restaurant established in 1983, reminiscent of ShowBiz Pizza Place and Chuck E. Cheese’s, as Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza provides entertainment through singing animatronic mascots.
The known animatronics performing at this location were early iterations of Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, as well as two familiar Springlock costumes worn by employees. However, the use of the Springlock suits would be banned after learning of an incident with the spring locks (the spring-loaded mechanisms that allowed the suits to function) at a sister Freddy’s location, ending with employees being seriously injured or killed, this forced management to seal the Springlock suits in the Safe Rooms by placing a false wall on the door.
